Numbness and Tingling sensation

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Helo, My limbs went numb more oftenly followed by tingling (pins and needles) sensation.. Though this sensation leave in few minutes, I wanted to understand why this occurs to me quickly and more frequently even if i am sit idle for just 5 - 10 mins.

Need more clarity in terms of the affected limbs is it the upper limbs (which side or both) or the lower limbs again which side? Tingling and numbness have various explanations some of them are 1. Diabetic neuropathy 2. Vit b12 deficiency 3. Peripheral neuropathy So pls consult a nearby neurologist to figure out what's the exact cause of your neuropathy.
