Back pain and burning sensation in leg
I have back pain and burning of both legs since 3 months and shoulder  pain and numbness of hands  since 15 days .. I have consulted one of neurologist advised NSAIDS and muscle relaxant and done CBC Calcium and phosphorus HbA1c all investigations are normal...pain and burning sensation are present even at rest Please suggest what to be done next

This suggest that you have nerve root compression in your spine please get a MRI lower spine to evelaut3 the condition of the disc that is pressing the nerves on your legs which is causing you nerve root compression hence the back pain, sensation, tingling and burning sensation in your legs.
