Three days ago , a steel material hit my head on left side ...That hurts me alot ...That hit part got swollen nd blood clot ...It gives pain to me ...Is it dangerous to me sir 😪...I am feeling worried about this

If something hit on your head you should please get a CT Brain done to check for internal injuries also I hope you have a tetanus shot already injected? If not then please get yourself injected with a tetanus shot to avoid tetnus infection
