Brain and Spine Problems

For the last couple of days i feel my bike will skid ... I got all necessary parts changed including tyre but situation still remains the same ... My friend drived the same bike and did not find any issue ... Moreover if i drive any other bike i still feel it's unstable.... I can't drive over 30 kmph ... Is it some problem with me medically

Hi doctor, I am getting head ache continously. Which is low head ache not every painfull. It comes and goes away. I am not geting enough sleep. Like I am getting up many times when i am sleep. My eyes are paining but when i fall asleep. I am unabe to sleep for atleast 6 hours. I dont have any habbits of smoking or else drinking. I usually get head ache to the back of the head. And also i am having mucus in neck from few days.. but before that also I am having head ache not this frequent.. like i used to have head ache for every 2 or 3 days before..but now its like I am having it daily.. like very low head ache..that too only for sometimes.. i donno if that is because i m feeling i am having head ache or else really i m having head ache.. please suggest what to do.

My right side of face going inside since 3 months. Sometimes there is a pain on right side of brian. What is the problem with me?

Severe backpain. Symptoms come nd go.Pain increases on sitting or standing. Sometimes pain radiates in right leg. Sometimes radiates in left leg behind thigh nd calf muscle.
