I have a light headache at every day...after fast moving neck or vibrating neck its feel left side have a headache. I dont have fever or cough. I have diagnosed with acid reflux and on medicine sompraz L. Is there any problem. Please consult me. Thanks

I know I am not an insomniac. I get 8-10 hour sleep everyday. Troubled and not satisfactory, but works. The issue I face is sleeping at night. I've tried taking pills, not sleeping for 2 days just so i can sleep on time, waking up early, not using any blue screen, hitting the gym, playing outside. A lot of things. It's very problematic for my official and mental health as I stay up all night. My eyes are so weak due to this. Please suggest something that might work as I haven't found it yet. Thank you

Actually problem is Someone fart infront of me and he sat together or he touches his private part while peeing and not hand wash or touch ass or front parts on pant also and then touches me or my things then I feel dirty and I touch things I wash them all even my bike and I take a bath...
