Brain and Spine Problems

I have migraine and cervical. From last few days, i feel weird sensation i. My temporal lobes, i feel giddy most of the times. I feel weird numbness in my body at times and sometimes, the whole body pains. I feel pukish too even even i don't have headaches. But that weird numbness still remains in lobes

In 2017, I had digestive disordered and low thyroid due to psyco and anxiety. After treatment my cognition and concentration are still not retrived fully. I am a competitor for railway exams. I have 4 month only so please suggest me how to retrieve memory and concentration

Hello , my sister is 36 years old and was put on a drug called dinogest for her Adenomyosis due to her painful period pain but after taking that drug she has continues DIZZINESS which the doctor said was vestibular migraine, it was a side effect of the drug and now she is almost bed ridden for 6 months even after stopping the medicine, also one of the allopathy medicines work on her for eg. Vertigo medicines, beta blockers, pain killers , motion sickness medicines - Infact they make her more worse. Her MRI brain is clear and so is her EEG, also the doctor did the Epley manoeuvre which also didn't help her, she is really suffering and needs help!! Can someone suggest me any medicines which will not have a side effect be it herbal , natural , anything at all which will make her dizziness go away??? Thank u in advance

Both legs are swollen,darkened,itching and often wounded without any action.wounds become severe and no medicines could get it cured.

I underwent a surgery on 13 th June in which the doctor made an insertion to reach the fibula bone on my right leg. After the surgery portion below the insertion point to the toe is numb and I constantly feel tingling and burning sensation in the region that is numb. The surgeon has advised me to take meganeuron caps twice a day and consult with him after 15 days. Hi I am struggling with pressure on sides of head all the time in a day with dizziness and one ear feel like blocked. This gets worse when i study. I visited doctors but nothing is found. So can u tell what is it and what to do ?
