Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from vartigo with weaknes since 7 month and have coulsulted with many doctors but still not getting improvement...so should I get done CT scan

I accidentally touched behind my ear , lower side of brain and felt a bump, which caused pain on touch. I got concerned started touching to see what it could be. Since then I am getting random pains all over head especially top of head. Its been 5 days , I am still getting random shooting pains all over head. Now I checked today and dont feel any bump What could be causing this. Should I be concerned about random pain all over head Due to quarantine, I could not go to doctor. Please advise.

Yesterday night, i hit my head very hard on my office aluminum setter. It was half opened half closed and i tried to come out without knowing it was not fully open. Hence the impact was quite hard and it hit me on the right side of my head on the upper side. I was feeling a bit dizzy at that time and their is a bit of pain. I get a feeling that my ears are a bit numb, back of my head is a bit strained as well. Is it serious and what could be done now to check if this is ok?

I am a 32 yr old male . Had a pontine bleed in Sep 19. As advised it was a hypertensive bleed ( My normal bp without medication runs around 135/95)  and there has been nothing to suggest otherwise in any of the investigations that we have done. Luckily the bleed had resolved itself without having to do any surgery. I am fit now. The last test was a CT Angio that I got done in Feb 20 for having peace of mind and to know everything was in order.  At the time only the film was availabe which apparently showed no issues as such. Recently I  got the Radilogist's report for the angio and in one of the lines it says ," Dominant flow noted in left visualised vertebral artery in relation to the right side". What does this mean and How does this correlate to my condition.? Should i get it looked into further. Or any new medications are needed. I am only on medication for hypertension for now.

What are the food to eat to boost my confidence, i usually have low confidence coupled with anxiety all the time, thanks.

Pls help me. Very difficult to move with migraine headache. Pls suggest any medication. Cure my problem.

Due to covid lockdown and rumours stress and anxiety with head ache on the back side from neck and above. Gas reflexes ,many burps . Could you please suggest ADR and best GERD medication please

Getting headache all over the head when travelling and air hits to ears or on top of the head for example sitting under sealing fan.

My mother is having numbness on the tip of middle and index finger ( just the tip of them) not sensing with them (the tip) and that is going only in her left arm! I heard that it's something with nerves or so.... also i saw some recommendations which believe that it's due lack of B vitamis especially B1 B12 B6 and it's consuming some nutritional yeast for the B vit! Can anyone assist me just the cause of this case to proceed in direct consulting Thank you so much!

Can any one suggest me some painkiller to subsidise cervical spondylitis pain.After completion of lockdown we will consult doctor until then we need medication to subsidise pain
