When I am away from bed I am feeling normal - not sending pulse from head. Sometimes I am feeling back and neck pain also. Please advise your inputs or recommendations. I sat 40 minutes in sunlight - is it a symptom of sun stroke? Some other symptoms I am facing: Dizziness Dry mouth Slight headache Muscle pain Weakness Dehdration

I think, The pulsations which ur feeling might be normal arterial pulsations. Relaxation exercises. Meditation, sleep hygiene. Proper position during ur work as ur IT professional. Hydration. Fruits, vegetables. No addictions if u have any. If still symptoms present or any new issues, take online consultation with nearest neurologist. Don't worry. Be positive.
