Tightness(can't say exactly)
I am facing tightness and strain( the way a cold caught person feels in his head ) in my upper part of nose, inside or around gums, sometimes neck and head also and they are very dynamic.I am suffering from this problem very long(5 years) time and consulted ENT specialist and neurologist but they say that I am just assuming it but I know I am suffering from it everyday, sleeping helps me to control it but studying, exercising or anything which exerts pressure increases tightness more and strains me heavily,as it involves several parts I don't know which specialist to be contacted kindly help suggesting me something about my problem please mam/sir.
