I am 45 Y/O female.
Have been diagnosed with cervical kyphosis
I have tightness in my heaad (suboccipital muscle)due to which I am unable to hold my head and do my work, which is badly impacting my quality of life.Underwemt physiotherapy for 1 month with stretching , strengthening exercises. 4;dry needling done but the tightness in the head didn't go away?
What are other teatments available?
Please help me
