Brain and Spine Problems

For me I am studying but I can't remember or memorize fastly and easily ,give any tips or idea for it please sir

I am having pain in right side of head at one point which can be touch by finger and it passed from right side of neck . While I do any work I feel heaviness on this place. I am taking inderal la 20 mg in morning and evening due to some another problem . It is migraine or what , can I take zerograin plus tablet

Whenever i goto hilly places and mountains via car or bus , i feel dizzy and pukish. Can this be treated permanently.

I always have a phobia of disease in my mind..........................................................

I have back pain and burning of both legs since 3 months and shoulder  pain and numbness of hands  since 15 days .. I have consulted one of neurologist advised NSAIDS and muscle relaxant and done CBC Calcium and phosphorus HbA1c all investigations are normal...pain and burning sensation are present even at rest Please suggest what to be done next

My uncle he is alcoholic before 3 days he fight with someone and he push my uncle and he fall and some swelling in his head then since this incident he is dizziness. He is normal walking talking all actions are perfect but sleeping whole day because of dizziness. Please suggest what possible causes he is financially weak so he can't afford ct scan please suggest

I am suddenly feeling like I will fell down sometimes while walking and every time I am going to sleep I am feeling like my room is revolving around my head even I turn to a side while I am sleeping from the past 3 days .if you think it is due to lack of sleep .i will sleep nearly 7 to 9 hours daily approximately.can u please tell me what kind of problem this is .i am really getting nervous .

Hello doctor every time I raise my hand for 30 seconds my hands starts to tingle immediately such area starts to twitch Same thing also happens to calf muscle every time I sit cross legged. It happens to the leg which is above the other. What could be the reason.

Hi..I have been suffering from severe headache just half head right side total skull is like I can't move I can't bend I can't cough infact even I'm speaking louder or sneezing it's effecting a lot..nd it's non stop it's not at all getting relaxed with any medicine and even wen I like down ..it's being just that I had to continuously press dat particular part with my hand s
