Numbness in my right leg foot
As I was played carroms by sitting in the floor folding legs  for long hours From that time onwards my right leg foot got numbness .. I am not getting any pain and also I didn't get swelling..but I have numbness still in my foot.. Plz give remedy or medication Tq ..

It could be because of pressure on the nerve due to sitting posture. Should resolve by itself. Don't worry.
