.Menigioenencephalitis tuberculoma is curable or not.i am on treatment ..daily i have headache n vomit

Hello doctor, My baby is 1 yr old. She had fallen from her rocker last month on 8th June. I noticed a few hours after she fell her right nostril had become moist. Also, there was a slight change in her behaviour so the doctor recommended an mri scan which was mainly normal except for a mildly prominent fourth ventricle. The doctor said it will subside on its own. I noticed now that within this month of her falling every once in 2 weeks or 6 days till now a clear liquid type substance which leaks out for 2 or 3 mins from her right nostril and stops after that. Once the leak came from her left nostril. This happens for barely a few mins and then the next episode happens after 6 days or sometimes 2 weeks. She sneezes a few times in a day and coughs maybe twice or thrice in a day. Otherwise she is comfortable and cheerful. I have read online about csf leaking from her nose. Could this be a case of a csf leak? i am very worried. i am confused because this leak happens after a big gap.

Hi, Every day when I am about to go to bed, I am feeling burning sensation in my palms and feet. Sometimes after lunch also (noon) , I feel the same pain n tingling burning feeling in palm and feet. I also feel drowsiness and feel dull after lunch along with these symptoms. Temperature of palms is always high like having fever but I don't have fever it's just palms n feet. Applying ice or washing with cold water relieves the symptoms. Please suggest what could be the underlying cause and further guidance. Thanks in Advance

Sir I have been suffering from stress and insomnia since last year.. I m keep going stress Full My life is not stress Full but still I get headache on my behind brain whenever I go to sleep and the headache keep increasing as the time increasing. And I can't sleep.. I always got awake after 2-3hrs of sleep at night And at morning the headache continue till 2 hrs.. Plss reply sir..

Hi, I need to know a specialist for facial palsy, I got this problem at 20 June and I need orientation about treatment.

I m having earlier stage of vericose veins in both the legs. some times i m getting pain in the middle of the chest and lower biceps mucles and nerves. Shall i get any medical prescriptions to control the nerve pain  and to improve the nerve strength.

My neurologist has prescribed Venlor-XR 37.5 Capsule for my vestibular migraine, is this a safe drug to take ?? Also are there any side effects ??
