Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir from yesterday I'm feeling muscle stiffness in my left leg and also having diarrhea. I'm scared is this not paralysis attack

Recently I have facing some problems 1. Neck and shoulder pain. 2. Dizziness, discomfortable in head and pain in back side of head. 3. Loss of balance. For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray.

Extreme headache & both side of neck paining only in night, right side haf face fallen, in the mouth area lips fallen, difficulty in eating n also difficulty facing in raising eyebrows, nose and smiling. All these symtomps raise from last 15 days .Patient is sufferring from diabities from last 15 years and also suffered from Herpies zoster 1.5 years back. Patient has become very weak. Also right hand 3 fingers 1st 2nd & 3rd has become numb and very painful. Due to COVID 19, doctors are not availble, so with difficulty consulted a neurosurgeon n he has prescribed medicine but even after medication there is no releife and pain is there. I have suffering for lack of sleep And night 10pm I am sleeping but sudden 12 am and than 4am sleeping Morning 6-30am and morning dizziness And evening , and night not sleeping lot of gastritis and heart burn acide reflux and body full nurvese and shaking both arm shaking

1.left Eye twitch continuously for a week 2.left thumb twitching occasionally 3.severe body pain occasionally- starts with head, shoulder 4.chest pain 5. Extreme mood swings 6. Depression ( is not diagnosed ) 7.loss of words, nouns mostly 8. Severe migraine 9.problems in sleeping 10.itching and burning feeling ( palms and feet ) 11.very loose stool most of the times or constipation, never proper stool 12.muscle pain and stiffness 13. Light sleep 14. Extreme anger - lower back pain 15.Shooting pain in breasts sometimes 16. Knots in my muscle 17. Very stiff during morning 18. 1.5 weeks back - crawling sensation under my skin ; happened only once

Having shooting sharp pain from back to groin comes suddenly for 10-12 seconds feels like electric and stabbing pain i had this same condition in augest 2019 and got the mri spine done i have attached the report ,it comes with bulge disc then doc advised me to comolete rest on solid surface for 48 hours ,they gave me nsaids and vitamin d3,nurokind,i felt good in 10-15 days and was doing fine till decmeber 2019 then i again started having same symptoms but bearable sometimes avoided cuz pain is not that much of level but suddenly from 10 days it became worse disabling 4-5 times a day and even in sleep also ,i got admitted twise they have done screeening for stone USG AND CT SHOWS NO ABNORMALITIES NO URETRIC CACULIE and send me home but i am not better what to do is it related to sipne which doc i should see ,what can i do for now pls someone tell me

My baby 3yrs old slipped from bed and hit the corner. We have seen cut and bleed. After visiting hosp they put 4stitches and ask for 48hrs of observation. She is remembering all incidents and looks normal. But telling pain in stitches. Is it normal. No vomiting as of now. Pls adv

Hello,my mothers age is 59 she has diagnosed arthritis past 6 years and from past 5 months she has severe and tingling pain in head behind ears region to neck and her throat became sore during this this time Can I know what it is one doctor told us it is occipital neuralgia just wanted to know are symptoms above related to it .
