Hello, I'm having muscle and eyes twitching since last six months, it started gradually and went to become frequent. Also, I'm having tingling whole body and numbing in my right side of the face and the right toe. I found out after blood test I've low vitamin b complex and vitamin d level. A general physician Doctor recommended me b complex and d vitamin injections along with medications 2B12 & Dvion pearl vitamin d capsules. I felt reduction in numbing and tingling after injections but no reduction in muscle twitching. It's been a month I'm taking medicine but Ivnt found any relaxation. Now I'm feeling anxious and not understanding which doctor should I go for treatment. I'm totally scared, please help My recent reports are attached

I am an 18 year old patient with Choroid plexus AVM in right temporal horn of lateral ventricle, I underwent GKRS to prevent risk of bleeding in 2017, but the AVM bleed last year. I was under observation and bleeding stopped itself and haemorrhage also started resolving. But now there was a porencephalic cyst there (4.8 *3.2 cm) Now I started having mental fatigue. There was no deficit or weakness. The symptoms are similar to bipolar disorder - lack of interest, depression, anxiety, drowsiness. I am currently on levepil 500mg. EEG shows sharp waves at temporal region. Can you please say whether it can be managed with tablets? Looking for an answer from neurosurgeon.

On 18.02.2020 . I was detected facial palsy I got admitted to jaiswal hospital and after 10 day discharged but there was no recovery. I am regularly taking physiotherapy and doing exercise and taking treatment prescribed by Dr Amit dev neuro physician as given below storide injection weekly and retala 354 mg, sompraz d40 ,trypsin bromelain and ruto side tab please advise me how much time will take to recovery and additional measure to be taken by me

I have essential tremor and I am 25 years old. Please let me know if there is a permanent cure available...

No  intracranial hemorrhage/calvarial fracture This is the impression we got in scan report. Reason for ct brain scan: One month before wife  fell down from bike She got injury in right side head bleeding also happen so doctor told no need ct scan and he done stiches to stop the bleeding but after month  she told have pain so we went doctor he also told no problem but safe side take ct scan that is the reason we taken today we got the above result.

When I laugh, the back of my head tightens up and hurts. Please tell me why this happens? This happens when i usually laugh for more than 2 mins

In findings I see 7x6 MM calcified granuloma In right occipital region, doctor said nothing serious and dint gave  any medicine. Is this related to Brian or sinus.

My memory is getting weaker day by day. I tend to forget things which I have studied 5 minutes ago. Which specialist should I consult ? Can hypothyroid be the culprit in such cases or do I need thorough investigation ?

I feel - slurring in my speech due to which now i have avoided talking. - un coordinated steps,its like they are not in control - i stumble while talking - mild headache almost everytime (diagnosed with migraine 3 years ago) *all of this is just so embarassing.
