Spinning sensation
Three days back i got injury on right eyebrow there are four stitches on right eye brow and right eyelids are swollen due to injury. While sleeping on right side i am feeling spinning sensation while sleeping on left and straight its normal.what is the cause of spinning sensation? I attached injury image also

Agree with my colleagues. Usually spinning sensation resolves with time. Relaxation exercises meditation and hydration. Maintain proper posture while sleeping and working.be positive.

Usually this could be due to concussion ( minor head injury), which will settle down in a week. Consult me or nearby neurosurgeon with full details and history. Please get your Brain CT  scan to rule out any serious problem.
