Brain and Spine Problems

Sir/mam, I am F C  Sinha, age 31, height 5'5" weight 68kg. Generally, not always, after eating I feel as if hundreds of needles are being punched inside of neck, ears and tongue. This feeling is from inside not outside. It occurs only after eating. It finishes in 3 to 4 minutes. Very Cold water helps at this time. I have this problem since many years.

My dad is having a permanent tingling in palms and a sweet pain persists alomost permanent. Since last week he is feeling same in the left toe as well. He was prescribed 'neurosis plus'. But he is not able to get it. What could be a good alternative to it. Any suggestion

He is 7mnth old..I noticed it when he was one month old.his pediatrician said it will b corrected at 6mnths...bt he still has it..his head circumference is fine..plz tell is it corrected itself or v have to consult some specialist

It's about my friend's problem she had gone through major spinal surgery ( meningmycocele) about 7 years ago..now from last 2 or 3 days she is feeling severe pain like pinching needle on her lower leg.. below ankle.. numbness, tingling is also there..she is loosing sensation in her right leg.. please help her by advising what should she do..as there is lockdown situation in country going on..
