Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir, I was diagnosed with atypical migrane 2 years back and also photophobia. Now from the last 6 months i am suffering from severe headache when ever i have a dream and the pain triggers when i had to wake up from a dream. Pain is so intense radiating from my eyes towards the centre of the brain. Pain is pounding and i have intense eye ball pain. Now my concern is on long term do my eyes get affected with this pain. Head ache like this is it normal or i need medical attention. Please sir kindly let me know a solution for this.

What is the cure for vasoconstriction headache? When the cold air from AC falls on the the outer ears, blood vessel starts constricting which triggers headache. No other symptoms. Where the problem is? Is the problem in outer ears or brain? Who can help on this???

Done MR report and report states that C5-6, C6-7 disc reveals diffuse protrusion causing narrowing of neural foramia indenting anterior subarchnoid space and no e/o neural compression. What it means? Weather it is curable? Whome to consult?

Acute Headache from last last. She is unable to sleep or doing work because of this headache. Please give some advice what to do now.

I have been gttin restlessness feeling in my legs below knee .. Especially at night ,it's so irritating that I can't keep still..I feel lk if I keep a weight on ma legs or if I mk it tired by continuous movement den it will get bttr .why is dis so ? Its really irritating .y shud I do to mk it olryt?

Hello Doctors, I have been diagnosed epilepsy 9 years back in dec 2010. I was advised to start tab Epilex Chrono 1800 Mg a day, which later came down to 600 Mg per day after three years as advised by doctor. I stop taking medicine few after few months without consultation and got another episode in Dec 2014. Since then i am taking Epilex Chrono 1500 Mg daily. There is no episode noted in last six years. What i want to know is will it be ho like this only? Do i have to take medicine for entore life. All reports and EEG graphs are absolutely normal. I am leaving a normal life but do not want to be on these tablets for entire life.

Parkinson says alopathy while ayurved says nothing like this but insomnia, rigidity ,acidity is seems .what to do ?

My age is 22.5years back am in severe trouble like unable to process anything even talking with people.unable to undrstand time,Day etc.unable to watch a mve..because am unable to process anything(I was topper in my scl n clg)but now Ex:if someone ask me "had ur lunch"..then my brain thinks whether I should imagine eating and then respond to answer,or should I remember washing hands and then conclude that I ate and then rply yes I had my lunch Ex:if some says time is 10'o clock then am unable to get low much the time is and how much that day has completed etc..should I imagine clock pointing 10'o clock and understand it Or should I imagine after 9 o clock...these kind of thinking...unable to comprehend anything Unable to speak to people also :( After using medications it's gone and NOW ITS BACK WITH MORE SEVERE ( I think the main reason for this is I use to be in imaginations for 24/7 for nearly years When am in that imaginations I used to get nerves Ache..(maladaptive daydream)
