Brain and Spine Problems

My doctor has prescribed me Neurocetum plus tablet as I complained him regarding headaches. I checked it later that the medicine is prescribed for stroke. Are there any other uses of this medicine ?

I have done my cv junction mri, cv junction is normal, there is no atloaxial dislocation , transverse ligament is intact but there is significant prominence of cervical cord in the upper cervical region, I want to know what is the cause of this prominence, please help me

Hello doctor, myself ranjith from tamilnadu Last 2019 February I have burning sensation all over my body I went many doctors they took all blood test urine test and said nothing again I see one doctor he said you have sigmoid colitis like that later I went to gem hospital, Coimbatore (gastroenterology specialist hospital) they also took blood test,sigmoidoscopy, ULTRASOUND SCAN they said everything is normal like that.again few months later I have burning sensation problem especially upper body, genital also so heat,again I went to gem hospital they said no gastroenterology problem they said psychological related conditions so I went to psychiatrist he said u have OCD so take sertraline tablet and take clonotril if needed But burning sensation come and go occasionally less time only I have confusion whether it is psychological problem or neurology problem or some doctors suggest vitamin deficiency.please suggest me  doctor what I have to do. Now iam taking sertraline 150-200mg tablet

I have neck pain and treatment also going on. Yesterday night right back side head pain and sweating in face only. What actually cause this type of problem.

Dear all,my father is diagnosed with left transverse sinus thrombosis after confirming with MRI scan.. doctor told to acitrom 2mg every day for 15 days after that to take PT/INR test..is it necessary to take this test while taking acitrom? Or any another tablet available without taking test for 15days?is it curable with tablet??

From some days I have been experiencing a constant buzz or vibration in my whole body, especially in the back area, down from my neck. I feel this vibration internally, it's very mild. Earlier it used to come and go away, I thought it was due to anxiety, but now it has been so for the whole day. I am physical healthy,  is this neurological, what could be possible reasons ?

I have pain in my lower jaw,gum and front teeth pain with burning sensation since 5 months.It continues full day low and high.Front part of my toungue is burning.I saw it to my dentist.he said i have deep bite so treatment is going on bt braces is on upper teeth.lower teeth have no braces now bt i have pain in lower jaw what can i do?
