Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir,Madam My MRI report impression is Degenerative disc disease having osteophytes, disc desiccation, disc prolapse causing compromisation of lateral recesses and neural foramina. Please suggest my problem and specialist for the same

On 26th of aug,2019 night my father age 65 ,got partially unconsious.he had sweating and feel numbness in body.after 4-5 minutes he felt relaxed.Next day this happened again 2 times and it was more critical. We went to the hospital and doctor admitted him to the ICU and did CT Scan,ECG,X-ray of back side (chest) and other tests and find few lacunar infarcts in bilateral ganglio-capsular regions and diffuse cerebral antrophy(age related).After 2-3 hours of treatment in ICU he felt good.Doctor(Neurologist) said that he is completely fine but would admitted in ICU for 2 days.He dischared after 2 days and Doctor gives "nervimed" and "aspirin-75" medicines for 10 days.His ECG report is normal,X-ray report is normal.No blood sugar and BP is normal.No HIV and hemoglobin is 17.4. Please advice me the risk factor and the chances of problem again in future.What should be the diet(what take and what not take) and medicines.

I have been injured right side of brain above ear by lather ball in Nov 2017 , no blood flowing at that time ,but at that time, I will little faint, at present time I am suffering for serious headache till last 2 months, headache increasing day by day and sometimes suffering from fever. Blurr vision , suddenly blackout in eyes , not properly walking,eyes strain, neck pain right side,confusion . I will not stand properly during awake at morning time, morning time head ache is too high and also vomiting. Please give me proper guideline and basic medication .

For the last 3 years onwords i am suffering from heaviness in head, lack of concertration and feeling something that moving in eyes, near nose and face, tingling, sounds in ears and unsteadiness, cant stand for sometime, body moveming feeling and fast movement of nerves in face forehead, feeling not freshness when awake, lack of sleep and no interest on anything. And 1 year back suffered from facial Shingles and Postherpetic neuralgia mainly at forehead and near eyes. Checked MRI Brain everything is fine as per report. Checked neck scanning and xray report is fine. But still facing same issue not able to dignoised getting anxiety, pressure in head but this is nit because of work or other related. Please help me to whom i shall contact and how to get my self cured from this. Suffering this for the last more than 3 years now. Please help me

I have a stinging pain on the back left side. Pain increases if I try to move around, sit or even when I try to stretch my legs. While lying on bed turning from one side to the other is difficult as I experience the same pain. Could it be sciatica? If so what is the remedy?

My 2 years old daughter suffers from vomiting when she falls down by the side of head. B4 one year she was attacked by paralysis.after that it usually happens...

She had neuropathy in right hand and she fell from rickshaw upon her right hand, from that point of time, her right hand is not moved upwards. X Ray done, no fracture, but traumatized nerve is detected.

I am having saviour headache since past years i have consulted to many doctors but they say its migraine i have taken some course but still some time i have bad headache i feel its due 2 hyper tension which i had been through because its so bad ache i just can't tolerate it nd its not particular one place which hurts i have pain in different areas at different time and its mostly when i get stressed out it just intolerable

Need clinical psychologist..to assess possible ADHD...had seizures earlier which is cured..but resulted into ADHD...
