Brain and Spine Problems

My wife is getting pain on right side near ear and eye. Pain is severe on right side of the face and it is continuous, there is not a second that pain was not there. Painkillers used to give relief for some time and later again it starts. Pain is continuous and it is always there and it is from 3 weeks. Only few hours od the day there was less headache and all the other time continuous headache spreading from right top side of the face till upper teeth. But most of the times it is pointed pain concentrated at right top temple. It is pointed and will not go away for a second also. Left side is fine. There was not a time that the headache was not there. Earlier there were no symptoms like these. 3 months back a tooth for which root canal treatment is done was extracted. This is lower tooth. Is this trigeminal neurolgia? Or anything else?

I have been dignosed with t.b and there are few swollen lymph nodes in my stomach and in my neck,now I feel strain in my neck some time and it goes to my left ear and some times I feel pressure in my left ear just like we feel in a flight and also feel sensation in area near ear and neck some time a little pain in back of my ear.is it related to a neuro problem as I have been also dignosed with primary migraine 8 years ago and sometimes my arm muscles twitchs ,or it is just because of swollen lymph node putting pressure on nerves.

He had brain hemorrhage on 4th Sep, 2019. His right arm and leg is paralysed. He is under medication in a local hospital near my village. However, he is not responding good there. I am attaching his CT scan. Can some one help me knowing his condition and suggest some good treatment for him?

My father is a heart patient.he has pain on left side of head.Today he started stammering suddenly and  his mouth(lips) gets tilted to right . What can be reason. major intracranial flow voids preserved What does it mean?

Sir my brother is suffering from epilepsy from 2 years and now he is having movents disorder symptoms so we did a mri and there is multiple bilateral flair based hyperintensity occupying both side of white matter at frontal parental lobe both teampro parental lobe and both paretal lobe..i am very much worried..please help me..i have also attached copy of mri report.please help me what is the issue.

I have dizziness for last 4 months which gradually increases and pressure around the eye and difficulty in eye Movements.. under gone MRI brain scan last week and impression is Partially empty sella... is that the reason ? How can I overcome?

Severe headache and pain on top of head which is causing no sleep. Mild Tingling sensation on cheeks, and hands. Sometimes vomiting maybe due to overthinking or scared. Dolo was taken everytime, but it is becoming daily.

I daignosed before seizure fits and doctor gave medicine course 2 year and still i m taking morning and night oxring 300 i want to know should drink beer?
