Sir I have maigrene headache more then one year. I am use medication tryptanol and decorate er250mg. I have small baby sir. Nighttime my baby don't sleep. I have sleeping problem sir. Daily I am facing sleepless night. How to cure my headache. Please

A cavernoma in right thalamus size 1.2 x 1.4 cm and another cavernoma in left frontal lobe size 2.0 mm is size found. The patient has sought two times blurry vision and headache in last 10 years for few hours. One in 2008 and another in 2019. Though it was revealed in 2008. At that time MRI was done and cavernoma was found that was bigger in size as mentioned above. Sir, my question is what is the sevearity of the problem and what is the treatment. Please suggest me about this. I am attaching his report.

I have delayed sleep phase disorder(Usually falling sleeping between 6am-8am). Since the last 8 days I have been taking zolfresh 10 (zolpidem) just before going to bed at 10:30 pm. Surprisingly I am able to fall asleep in 30-40 min of going to bed. But I wake up 1.5-2 hrs after falling asleep then after 1-3 hrs of being awake I am able to fall asleep again..but then again after 1.5-2 hrs I wake for somewhere around 1-3 hrs and fall back asleep. Some days I am able to sleep for 5 hrs(actual sleep) and some days I sleep for 13 hrs(actual sleep). So basically zolfresh helps me fall asleep quickly and in the night but I keep waking up every 2 hrs. How can I have continuous uninterrupted deep sleep?Also some sleep hygiene suggestions would be helpful.

Dear sir/mam. These days I'm feeling some vibration in my legs hand and shoulders it's feel like something travelling in my blood  sometimes I feel soft electric vibrations. I used to took cannabis(drugs) in the past but in this 6 months I stopped taking it

Suffered a vehicle accident 7 months back (30th Aug19). For 15 days treated at Amri Hospital, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The discharge diagnosis is: RTA LEFT TEMPORAL CONTUSION, RIGHT PARIETAL CONTUSION, #RIGHT CLAVICLE, #RIGHT 4TH-6TH RIB, HEMOTHORAX, VIII NERVE PALSY. There was no surgery. Was treated by Dr Amit Jaiswal. Medicines taken during the initial 45 days are Epsolin 100mg, Ultracet, Predmet 4mg, Tolvat 15 mg, Eliwell 10mg, Augmentin 625mg, Chymoral Forte, Calpol 650, Histafree-m, Levenue 500mg, Nexpro 40mg, Rutoheal, Syp Glycerol, Syp Calcimax, Syp Duphalac, Syp Dyrich. For face palsy continued physiotherapy with electrod stimulation for 4 months. Now only Epsolin 300 and Felicita medicines are taken. She is complaining about taste problem in mouth while eating. Plus right eye, while was earlier not closing on its own, now not opening properly.

I recently start getting severe attacks i even tried Naproxen 250 , Naproxen 500 with domperidone , Ergotamine 1 mg with Caffeine 100 mg, Sumatriptran 85 with Naproxen 500 but single medicine from above mentioned have not worked and now am bit worried about it , i recently quit smoking and am doing this without use of any low dose nicotine substitutes , am even drinking 2-3 ltr of water and getting 8 hrs of full blown sleep , whats the solution for this as am literally tired of it now , attack starts every morning by 11 AM and lasts till evening 7 PM am not able to do single work due to this ! Should i go under CT , or Should i consult any eye specialist or anything?

I have been taking anti depressants,anti anxiety and sleeping med since last few yrs. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia just 10 days back by a neurologist. I have been taking Duloxetine (30)(morning and night )since last 10 days and it's been working well.But when visited another neurologist he suggested I should take Maxgalin 75(pregablin)at night only and not take duloxetine at all. I am confused what should I take now?Which one is more likely effective?Which is more safe for the long term?

I frequently suffer from severe Headache only in half part of the head i.e. the left side, it causes pain in whole left side of the head, back side of the head, left side of the face including left eye, left jaw, and area around left ear and there's nothing on the right side of the head as if it is not a part of my body. Sometimes the pain is so severe that it causes vomiting sensations. What possibly could this be and what are some suggestions and treatment for relief?

Hi I have been having tingling feeling in my left toe and also feel some heaviness in the back of my neck and head. Also feel less strength in my left side than the right side. Is it to do with my posture or something else. I also have carpel tunell and taking neurokind plus for the past 30 days... will be grateful if someone can help during this lockdown period. Also feel some giddiness at times.
