Brain and Spine Problems

Last year in October I suffered from severe back pain my MRI shows L1 to L5 dis bulge theocal sac compression. I consulted Neuro surgeon he did bone scan and said report is normal.he prescribed calcim and vitamin d tablets and inflajoint for 3 months I used the tablets and got very good relief.since from 2 weeks again my mid back is aching even I'm taking rest. There is excessive sweating at back during afternoon and suffering from pain at day especially. I can't even sleep on floor due to my back ache.suffering from dry mouth, fatigue, weakness,weight loss, loss of appetite and foamy urine

I have been suffering from head ache from past 10 yrs and now it's getting severe. It pains completely till my ears and back. Please help me what it is and whom to consult. I had visited a some doctors and they told its migraine, but no medicine worked.

I am facing issue, I used to get severe throbbing on back of my head, also I feel my pulse whenever I touch other body parts. Head throbbing has reduced now, but the pulsations are there. Can you please suggest.

My daughter will become 5 yrs old on coming 8th june. She doesn't write a single letter and get afraid to go stairs. She takes help of railing to climb on stairs and doesn't walk fast. She eats everything but according to it her growth is not good. Give me advice to improve her condition
