Brain and Spine Problems

Feeling severe pain on the left back shoulder and left arm till fingers...very painful at night... unable to sleep

Continuous shoulder and neck pain. Can't raise my arms for too long and can't lift weights. The pain increases as physical work piles up. Rest usually calms down the pain as it is not acute. I sleep without pillow as already been directed by doctor. Have previously suffered with virtigo once (a year ago) and frozen shoulder once (3 months back) Would be helpful if any ayurvedic medicines could be prescribed by you.

My father is experiencing a multiple time vertigo and back head pain and kneck stiffness since last 3 days. Lipid profile lft sugar urea creatinine all blood report nrml bt the still the problem exists since last 3 days.. Can't understand why this is happening Continuesly last 3 days...

My mother faced dizziness few days and then she told her chest is beat and body pain on this moment last 10 days . doctor prescribe 1pressure tablet and 1 tablet of dizziness . But no results are available please how to recover this illness

Hi, Chronic lightheadedness only on left side (not lightheaded on right side) and forehead over 3 months, on and off tinnitus in ears, feel dull pressure on left ear, and also in cheek bone,no hearing loss. Brain CECT scan, cervical spine xray, blood report, vit b12, vit d, Audiometry and tympanometry all normal. Ct PNS shows mild sinusitis, but nothing serious. Doctors say nothing wrong with ears, based on above investigation. Have been to multiple ENTs, Neurologist, taken medication for vertigo, antihistamines, but no help. What could be the possible diagnosis, since no specialist I have consulted has been able to help.

Suffering from severe neck almost everyday recently.. Was diagnosed with Diffuse angular cerival disc protrusion last year (C2 to C7) with impresssion on the dura sac and existing nerve roots bilaterally last year.. Went for neck pain treatment and physio.. was better not completely cured.. Now the pain is worst.. Not even able to turn my head.. Giving hot fomentations... Taking Prenerve tablets for 3 day now... Pain is intolerable... Please advise
