Brain and Spine Problems

She is suffering from Parkinson's disease from past 10 years. She is taking Syndopa 110 every 3 hours and Syndopa CR before sleeping at night. Syndopa 110 working fine for 2 hours after taking it, remaining 1 hour the symptoms return. So, is there any other medication that can improve the condition or increase the on time? And also, she used to take syncopane 100 in the place of Syndopa 110 which worked fine, but the side effects were more like shaking, etc. So, should we start using it again?

I use to drink every weekend but the problem is once min limit is done like 180ml etc.then after I don't have any consious state.somerimes I wake up and went outside that I don't have memory what I did yesterday.

My Mother is Diagnosed with Epilepsy. And Since then she is taking the medicines daily 2 times in a day morning and before going to bed(about 20 years). The name of medicine is Tegrital 200mg (Novartis). So, 1. I want to know that up to how long she has to take medicines, Do we consult with doctors to take next steps about her problem or just continue same medicine whole life. 2. Sometimes there is shortage of medicines in market. In that case Should she take the alternatives of medicines that work same as the medicine she is taking. Kindly answer my query to take next necessary steps for my mother.

Sir/Madam My father got into an Accident from which he suffered Brain stem injury Right now he is diagnosed in ICU at the hospital for the injury he is unconscious sometimes he opens his one eye (Not on purpose) sometimes he moves his legs or hands he can swallow water but no signs of consciousness. I would like to know that if these signs are positive or not. how long it can take for him to come conscious and fully recovered. Is he in Coma or vegetative state ??? Plz sir/Madam help me
