Brain and Spine Problems

I have contamination OCD from 10 years... Actually problem is Someone fart infront of me and he sat together or he touches his private part while peeing and not hand wash or touch ass or front parts on pant also and then touches me or my things then I feel dirty and I touch things I wash them all even my bike and I take a bath... What should I do in this situation..

When doctors talk about poor memory interfering in daily life and activities. What does it really mean ? Can someone explain me with examples as to how one can identify that his or her poor and impaired memory is interfering with daily chores and needs a proper diagnosis.

I was suffering from non spinning vertigo dizziness floating feeling along with body imbalanced.. It started in 16 Oct 2019 ..symptoms come and go sometime it stays for days and weeks sometime it's gone for some days and again back..nowdays my symptoms worsen when I see TV or mobile.. I feel extreme dizziness and head spin...anxity and neveourness also there... I don't know what to do.. Try many things ntg worked..my nature is full of anixty and panic attack.. I can't understand how to control it... Help... My daily activity disturb because of that..

I am having very weak and poor memory at such an early age. I tend to forget things that I just learnt and revised few minutes back. Can weak and impaired memory be corrected ? If yes, the what is the treatment given in such cases to sharpen memory ? Which doctor specializes in such cases : Neurologist/Neurophysician/Psychiatrist or someone else ? Can hypothyroid cause weak and impaired memory as I am having Hypothyroidism and I am on Eltroxin 25mcg.

Initialy father had back pain then we came to know he is having folicur lymphoma.. 6 cycle completed and almost lym nodes gone but back pain as it is even not able to walk properly

Hi, My wife has started depression medication and suddenly she stops for 5 days and after that she started getting dizziness and she became unconscious. I have use water to make her wake up. Again we have consulted doctor and suggested don't stop the medication until further instruction so just wanted to check what should we do? I am attaching the prescription. Please do advise what should we do?

I was sleeping on Tuesday night accidently my room mate hit me by her head while sleeping next day in the evening I was feeling dizzy and a headache for which I had a aspirin it was fine then then the next morning again I was feeling dizzy when I woke up and had vomitted once while brushing my teeth after then I took a pain killer bit still have a continuos headache since then which is not resolving with any pain killer. In September 2019 i was diagnosed with overactive bladder. Also had hand tremors at midnight. I have eye floaters right now. Bladder problems are solved, i have tinnitus. I still have very few tremors in fingers. Is it parkinsons??

My sister suffering from dizziness and vomting since two days when she  move downward upward suddenly wake up from bed then dizziness happening. Since two days she taking tablets prescribed by doctor but no cure. Tab. Stugil Tab. Pratzac Tab. Granifort md Tab. Betavert 16 mg.. These medicines taken by her but she is not cure Only 1 day feel some relax but now again dizziness happening. She is 23 years old. This is first time she is in this condition. Never happen before. Please suggest what happened and what we do in this lockdown situation.
