Brain and Spine Problems

Age 47, Male, Ht. 5'10', wt 82 kg Since last 4-5 weeks  after going to sleep  I awake in midnight due mild to moderate pain in palms of both arms. Feels like nerve compression somewhere .... Mild tingling/burning sensation in arm/fingers.  It's gets well when i get out of bed but again same happens while having  sleep of 2-3 hrs.....Due to this I wake 2 to 3 times in night...Try to sleep straight also and change pillow . There is no issue during day except mild stiffness sometimes..plz advise any medicine to treat this problem. Rest all is normal.  I don't have any other medical issue I am have taken pregab M 75 for 4-5 weeks as per Doctor advise.. Got little relief but the problem persists. I am regularly taking B12 tablet( Remylin D) 2-3 times in week . No other problems.

Always telling she said I hear I told. I am afraid. I will dye. High bp patient very weak.. But in phone she is talking right. She wants to meet her daughter her son. Less sleeping High Bp Weak Hallucinations

My husband ia suffering from 24*7 headache from last 2 year ! we have shown various neurologist and tried their prescribed medicine but after 1 week of taking all medicine shopped showing relief.. we have done mri also , report seems all normal ! we have tried almost everything but nothing worked out well .. i dont know what to do now ! is there anything homeopathic medicine you can suggest ?

Sometimes while sleeping in day and night I feel like I am awaken but not able to open my eyes, move my body and not able to speak while I am listening everything around me . After sometime the situation is normal and I am able to open my eyes and my body perform entire function. Is it due to sleep paralysis . Kindly diagnise
