Brain and Spine Problems

The torso area feels like a second degree burn... but there is no redness or rash on skin ... but when any cloth touches my skin it starts burning again... my toes are numb too

I am undergoing ATT medication from last 5 months, and from last few weeks I am having Dorsal spine area pain along with numbness of right hand with internal pain. I have done MRI,uric acid test, Vitamin D tests as well, MRI of dorsal spine also reveals nothing but that localised pain is still there and also hand pain with numbness and inside irritation.

Can I take nootropics like Brahmi for enhancing cognitive abilities like memory and focus? Is it safe and does it require doctor's prescription? What's the recommended dosage?

Hello Sir, I am getting daily heaches, visited a specialist and gave same tablets, but no improvement. Please suggest what to do next.

In a month at least one time my head ache is coming with full vomiting what is the reason for that and any serious.

I was having leg pain.I got mri done and it is showing severe canal stenosis at L4-L5 and moderate extrusion of disc at l4-5 and mild protrusion of disc at l3-4.Developmental Lower lumbar canal noted.Doctor is suggesting Microdisectomy at l4-5. What do you guys suugest,is surgery the only way and is the surgery very risky (as it is realted to spine).Are there any exercises to help.

Hello there, I get headache every alternate day and it go away immediately whenever i take OTC pain relief tablet, i consulted a ophthalmologist and she said there is no issue with my eyes, kindly suggest me what should i do.. this issur is from so many years. Thank you
