Taking methycobal injection acts like a supplement. But this headache needs to be evaluated when it is severe in early morning, with vomittings, or with blurring of vision. It is to be considered serious when these warning signs r there. Or else get an opinion in person

Consult with a doctor
Online now
New onset headache has to be evaluated with a physician. To make a diagnosis and to rule out any serious issues. Kindly consult with a doctor before continuing methycobal injection or do serum b12 levels before the next dosage
Next Steps
other than tablets, please do have a good sleep, take your meals regularly, don't skip them. Try to be relaxed
