Chronic headache since 15 days full head
H/0 HTN since 3yrs using telvas 40mg
Dx AVN femur last 6months using bisposphonates weekly and shelcal xt once daily
The headache was covered whole head use pct 3-4 days but didn't get relief , MRI brain normal
No H/0 vomiting , nausea , photophobia
Is this condition belongs to migraine
Adv me to use propranolol and amitryphiline
Please doc can anyone help me
