Since 10 days, I'm getting a continuous headache.. I feel like eating all the time.. Drowsiness and dizziness

hello there. get your headache checked out. get your sight also checked. your headache can also be due to your eye sight problem. consult a physician. you could take a paracetamol 500mg during headache. don't exceed 3 tablets in a day. regards
