Brain and Spine Problems

I notice pin type of pain come and go not contant what could be the reason for this feeling very hungry

I have king of weird sensation throughout the body mostly in arms and legs... sometimes kind of pricking... sometimes kind of pins and sometimes winds touching my body with dust.... sometimes while sitting.. sometimes while lying in bed.... 6 months back i had the same problem but the intensity was less it went away in 2 weeks... this time the intensity is high and affecting my day to dy activities....... i had muscle tightness in the neck region and underwent physiotherpahy and pain has come down.... please suggest how to get treated...

I had consulted a Neuro early for constant Dizziness n feeling off balanced.. he asked to take blood test for vit b12.. I have vit b12 deficiency.. he suggested neuropoin tablet for two weeks but it hasn't helped much. He suggestion for fixing this frustrating issue

Posterocentral Extrusion L4-5 and minimal caudal migration , AP value is 4 , transverse is 7 and area is 28 SQ.MM in L4-5. Condition: Pain in right thigh, And Backache in L4 -5 to S1 area. Now would like to know should i go for Rehab procedure or Surgery. If Surgery is needed then what is success rate in my case.

Last week i had sever head ache .. When i saw neuro physician he sugesseted to get CT scan of brain .. The results shows the below impression "mega cisterna magna" but no abnormalities in other areas. Also they mention "small osteoma seen in right side" Can anyone help me to get clarity about this ? Do i need to really worry about this ? I already have synus allergy too

Recently I am finding that while speaking couldn't construct the exact words e.g. while explaining something to somebody. Need to take a little pause for finding a word even if I did know that word (I think, while writing that doesn't happen). Do you think this is a medical problem? What should be the further steps.
