Weakness, high BP etc
3 days back my mom had an attack at night. She had some severe head spinning and was seeing some double images for 3-5 minutes. She got very frightened. Earlier she was on some medicines related to her skin problems and some multivitamin for 2-2.5 months course. But she was not taking the multivitamins for the past 20 - 25 days due to unavailable medicine in the market. She had some occasional headaches and some gas problems too. But it was never unmanageable. So we immediately called a compounder to check for some vitals. He checked her BP and said it is 180/100. We took her a to a local government hospital at 2130 hours. He gave her some BP medicine and some gas medicine. She was afraid but is taking her medicine for the past 2-3 days. But she is feeling very weak and have frequent headaches after even a little effort. We are also worried about her health. We took her for a blood sugar test whose report will come tommorow morning. Now please guide us what to do and what it could be.

Your description of symptoms may possibly point to serious underlying conditions. You must have your mother take an urgent consultation. Should not wait.
