Disc dessication L5S1 with right paracentral annular tear and disc bulge with pressure effect on bilateral nerve root and diffused disc bulge at l4l5 with pressure effect on thecal sac

I have headache since 1 year and eye pain. Dizziness also. Eyesight check up report is normal. I have taken all types of medicine but I haven't felt any relief. Please suggest me something. Is it brain disorder?

Im in sales and i meet around 10-15 people daily basis but i forgot faces and also what conversation i did to them i completely forgot it and i also have difficulty to remembering the numbers phones nos my sales target and date I don't know what to do abt this

My nani is having memory loss all of a sudden, cant walk, cant talk. Had MRI scan after which dr is saying that chances are low that she will be able to speak again. She is in lucknow. Kindly suggest me a good dr who can treat her well. She fell down from a place after which her leg skin got cut beneath her skin (as if maas ka fatt jana).. Please help me asap. She's been ill for about 20 days. Changed 2 Doctorss, still she can't remember anything or anyone, cant walk cant talk. Her right or left side is also paralysed i think. Please have a look on reports and tell if this hospital, or reports are normal or the doctor is just treating her wrong way?

Whenever I feel stressed my skin becomes full red and I itch severely. I start feeling pain in my joints and my eyes become red. It happens instantly. I itch all d day.

Asking for my wife,3 years ago she had C-Section for my first baby. When my child was six month old, she felt leg pain (from knee to foot) at night time. Due to feeding,we are not consult with any doctor. After one year, We went to consult nuero specalist and he just checking and referred to some diagnosis like Rheumatic arthists and some blood testing. We dont have any issue in report. 1 year ago,we went to consult one more neuro doctor, He examined staright walking on line in the floor, tongue rotating. Not find any difficults. My concern here is, Why still she is feeling leg pain at night time. She is ok at morning, but night strecth and shaking her foots till she sleep. we are planning for next baby. So please clarify me, It is seviour problem?

By few symptoms of tumor. MRI was done report says- possibly pituitary microadenoma. And all harmones and eye vision is good. But I am facing irregular periods(2 years), nausia, and severe HEADACHE for one month.Do surgery is needed and is it adenoma only??

I am having frequent headaches starting from morning only. It is not consistent but sometimes it keeps going on for 2-3 days.

My mother was taking bath using gas geyser. After half an hour she started feeling dizziness and soon she became unconscious inside bathroom for around 2 hours. Somehow after sometime she tried to move out of bathroom and lay down on bed. Though doctor already came and gave some medicines but that time reason was unclear that why it happened. Now we came to conclusion that it is because gas geyser and she got stucked their for around 2 hours due to unconsciousness. Please suggest treatment to get recover from the damages done by carbon monoxide for around 2 hours.

Sir I m suffering from TB meningitis from 43 days.Now I continueing TB medicine I.e Akruit 4, Bendan 40 mg, & veloz d, omnacortil started 60 mg and gradually decreased to 10 mg & stopped.After 2 week medication my headache, fever , vomiting ,& neck shiftness was cleared.i am feeling better.but suddenly now I am suffering again fever with headache and back pain also joint pain. I again visited to hospital doctor prescribed me blood test LFT Test, Urine Test, Malaria Test & CBC. Doctor said due to urine infection .ie pus cell (8-10) fever is getting.so he prescribed antibiotics & calpol 650.now my fever is cleared in 3 days.but suffering from sever headache & back pain . Is headache due to TB meningitis? Please prescribed me medicine for Meningitis Headache.
