Levera 500mg once in the night does not seem to be an appropriate dose for an adult patient. You've also not shared prescription wherein the clinician has diagnosed the epilepsy/seizure and it's type. Having seizures (these episodes of unconsciousness during the day) is not good at all. You must take a proper consultation, online first, if physical consultation is not possible for you. This needs urgent detailed evaluation.
