You would require to continue medications, a change of medication to levitracetam maybe suggested. You may have to undergo further investigations to find the cause of the seizures and investigations such as EEG may help. These following lifestyle changes may help prevent seizures:
- Sleep for atleast 8 hours every night and don't tire yourself
- Eat a healthy and well balanced diet, food items such as ash gourd, ginger, spinach, cashew nuts, coconut water, milk, chamomile tea, omega 3 fatty acids rich food, indian gooseberry, basil, ghee, onion, etc.
- Avoid/stop alcohol and smoking as it will flare the condition
- Avoid flashing lights as it will increase the chance of seizures
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga, meditation.
Visit a neurologist/neuromedicine doctor if there is any worsening
