My wife have epilepsy disorder since 3 years, she is taking "LEVERA 500" in mrng and at night. Now we are planning for a baby ,but in pregnency this medicine should not be taken, so please suggest me, will she change the medicine or stop medicine ,? Or what should we do?

Levetiracetam and Lamotrigine are one of the safest antiepileptics in pregnancy. Be advised that there is NO antiepileptic that is 100% devoid of side effects.
