I have l4 l5 buldge sweatning may come?

Sir my problem is started in 2014 but by care I was ok since last two week sansation in my right leg and hands is occurring frequently. In bed time sansation is observed in hole body. Due to this sleep disturb and a very low sweatning is occurs in sleep it disturb my sleep.. I want to asked is this is due to spine problem or sugar as I am diabetic and metformin 500 mg contineous since last 15 days sir I am in deliama what is going with me please advice7

This could be tension type headache or even a migraine or some underlying vascular cause I think I have replied to this query before.
