Having panic attack's
Sir/mam I m in stress I m ocd patient I m so depressed of covid19 I m always feeling I m injected from covid since 1months facing this becz one the beginning I faced throat infection now every min I check my temperature come in between 37 to 38 I don't is it fever or normal but I m so unwell since I heard covid have shortness of breath I also started feeling shortness what can do I m so stress getting to deep day by day..?
