BACK PAIN EARLY MORNING
Respected sir/Madam, I'm having Backpain When I Sleep on Bed Some kind of Discomfort arrises at Mid of Backpain. MY ESR Test is 18 . I'm doing my Daily Activities without any Pain When I sleep on Bed Discomfort arrises that results in Pain.

Back pain at night is a red flag. Though it can be due to a simple reason like too soft a bed, sunken mattress, spending too long in bed due to lockdown, using laptop while lying down, poor sleeping posture, over work, calcium and vitamin D deficiency etc, it can be a pointer to disc infection like tuberculosis or due to bacteria. Morning back pain may also signify onset of inflammatory back pain like Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Next Steps
Please consult a Neurosurgeon or Orthopedic surgeon. A proper physical examination is needed but in this period of lockdown online consult is an appropriate first step.
Health Tips
If pain does not resolve with a few days course of OTC (over the counter) painkillers like Paracetamol it is essential that you consult a doctor without fail.

You don't need a specific type of bed/mattress for comfort. Pain that arises only while lying down on a specific bed and not occurring while sitting or during other activities does not suggest any serious underlying cause. I am assuming that there is no radiation of pain, tingling, numbness or any other associated symptoms. Just using a moderately soft mattress should do the trick.

I recommend OTC analgesics like tab Dolo 500 mg SOS or any topical ointment like volini and observe. Mention if your pain in morning is also accompanied by Stiffness and if it gets relieved after activity
