After vaccination Severe pain in the left arm and shoulder region Difficulty in movement and over head abduction is not possible Can you please help me out Cutaneous touch also feels painful

My feet and legs get swelled when I sit for a long time and they feels so heavy and tight...this swelling sometimes go completely when I don't do any work...is this something serious?

I am having a backpain from last 2 days on my right side above waist at a single point.It hurts while bending and pressing at that point.I tried hotwater bag but was relieved only for sometime.It gets worse during morning once I woke up. I am a software professional so I am not sure if it's due to long sitting or bad posture while sleeping. Any advice would be appreciated.

From last 4 months My wife's L hand some unwanted pain only at the thumb side without any major reason .. already consultanted to orthopaedic doctor they have given some medications and a thumb rest kit to wear but only 40% relief ..thay said if this doesn't work we will give you an electric shock treatment at the place of pain ..I want to know about this treatment .. what this treatment called and is it related to physiotherapy TENS or something else.. kindly help me to understand this treatment what doctor was talking about.. thanks..

So I am having pain for the last 3 months ... On lower side rib and near shoulder blades especially when I breathe deeply or I stand or walk or sit without back support... The pain becomes worse.. I have seen doctor who has given me signoflam th4, calcium, and q shine, chymoral forte and 2 shoulder exercise... But the pain has reduced to only 5%... What is causing this... I had an xray which shows nothing... Should I go for orthopaedic or neurologist or chiropractor...

I have back pain since many years, when I consulted doctor he advised to take MRI scanning and after taking get to know about there is a small issue with the disc which results in back pain, and everyday has this pain and from 3 days it's more, could you please help me to get rid of this pain as this really intolerable. I have been diagnosed with DRUJ Instability Syndrome due to Negative Variance of Ulna bone by 4.5 mm. This causes me excessive pain in right hand after even 10-15 mins of writing or small acts which stress my wrist. Even though it is in both hands(Genetic) but I have very heavy Chronic pain. The pain and irritation becomes very unbearable. Although I did consult a few doctors but the previously suggested Surgery has now been eliminated due to some medical reasons. I have tried Physiotherapy and other non surgical methods for past 1 year but no relief was received.

Hello, I sprained my ankle on November 2020, instantly was it swelling up and was pain. Then i took naproxin 7 days, after a month i took acclofenac, but now i take neugaba 50 once a day by consultant of a doctor. Now i can walk slowly but i cant run. During walking i got pain, when i walk more mt foot swelling up. What should i do? It is 06 months running.
