Bone & Muscle problems

My mom is having severe pain in her muscles and nerve. The muscles at some part is getting tighten. In leg, left back the muscle has become tight. Whom should I contact to get her treated? Any suggestions will help

Severe pain in hands and legs. Fatigue and weakness. Her CCP is 169. Suggested etanercept injection.

I have a pain in my right thigh (sometimes full leg), lasting a year now. I have taken all the medications like: Gabalin, Muscle relaxant, multivitamin, but all of these medication are for temporary relief. I have pain in index finger of toe while walking since two months. 2 months back I got hurt there due to a furniture.
