I have middle back pain for 6 months.pain is very sharp.pain after getting up from bed and some sitting position.but not all times.What are cuauses of pain and remedies

I was covid positive but tested negative on 30.04.21. Since month i am facing problem of leg pain. My Vit D was very low, 30 nmol/L. Now i am having pain in both knees and lower part of both leg. Kindly suggest me what to do?

Does hyaluronic acid injection work in severe grade 4 and beyond knee osteoarthritis? My doctor said it doesn't work for patients with grade 4 OA.

Hello Doctors, Everyday I wake up with ankle pain. Its been more than 6 years that every morning when I wake up an walk my ankles hurt so much. It started happening now when I get up and walk after sitting for a long time. My BMI is overweight. I'm trying to loose weight. But please let me now that other than overweight can there be any underlying medical condition for this pain or its just due to my weight.
