Bone & Muscle problems

I'm geting shoulder pain everytime I give a little stress: writing for sometime, cutting strong vegetables, or even painting for a while. Two years back when I faced a similar issue, I was told that it's a deficiency of vitamin d and b12. I do shoulder & arm exercises intermittently to relieve this pain. Please advise.

There was a severe pain in ankle and blood clotting was there and now there is a swelling and the pain please help me to get this recovered soon

On 19 june 2021 I fall on the floor and there was an injury on left hand near my wrist and I have plaster on my left hand. After completion of 20 days of plaster there is no recovery of my pain. Here is attached my prescription and x ray report pls suggest me what I can do now. Pls tell me what is in my x ray report and how it should be treated

My younger brother has fell down from an electric pole,I want to know that how it can be treated operation is required or not?

I am having planter fasciitis from past 2 years.i do stretching exercises daily I stay at home only but my pain is not going and now I am getting leg muscles stiffness and cramps also.

My mother has a lower back pain. She takes a painkiller for the pain but sometimes it is unbearable. She has a stone in her stomach bladder, pls help her to prevent the pain.

My mother's right middle finger locks in 90 degree angle when working and she has to straighten it with left hand. There is mild pain when doing so. Happens 3-4 times a day for past 6 months. She also cannot squeeze things without it happening, or with mild pain. What could it be?
