Bone & Muscle problems

Hi f 27 having pain in the middle line of buttocks when sitting or sleeping or putting pressure in that area ...and if iam sleeping on hard floor the pain is getting severe ...what may be the reason ?the pain is since feb and now it's severe ...

My wife is suffering from shoulder pain and pain in a particular portion of backside of head. Even on touching the portion the pain can be felt. She is also frequently experiencing vomiting tendency. Also having pain in both the hands. Please advise.

My wife is feeling pain in ankle since a day or so. I touched the affected area and she felt more pain. But not unbearable pain. I saw slight swelling in the area as show in attachment. Right ankle. Not sure if it is swelling. Or appearing to be. Not injury or accident happend. What over the counter medicine n ointment we can try now. Thank you all

My father fell down 4 days back and had minor injury near the ankle. He is having slight pain in that area. However, the swelling on the foot is still there. Kindly suggest

From an year, my right leg is paining, I have gone to many doctors and all gave me medication like: Gabalin and muscle relaxant and some multivitamin and it only gave me temporary relief, my MRI report were also normal with a small amount of dehydration diagnosis. I am also going to physiotherapy sessions,but sometimes that also seems to be worthless.I have also consult on this app before, but same response.Can you guide me.

I have had shoulder instability and winging of scapula and crepitus since last 5 months after picking up a heavy load. Also had a lot of rhomboid pain till last month. I believe I have rhomboid detachment but nothing was shown on mri or ultrasound. Also the mri of brachial plexus is normal. After researching a lot, I got to know that rhomboid detachment is rarely visible on scans. Currently I am getting consultation from max hospital saket. If anyone has any leads regarding a doctor who is well aware of scapula anatomy and have probably treated scapula detachments, please refer him to me.

My mother has pain in left shoulder joint. The pain is also spreading in armpit. She does not have swelling.. she has pain in other joints also..she cannot move her left hand backwards. She has no swelling on joints. Little tenderness in shoulder joint. She does not have anemia and all.  After applying pressure on that particular hand she feels sharp pain. She is doing exercise for mitigating movement restriction and all..pracetamol does not relief her pain. She is not having any other pain killer. Can she use volini and all? What causes this pain? She has arthritis for many years.. it is for one month. But after doing exercise her movement becomes improved but pain does not go away.

Took lot of muscle relaxants,pain killers and correct my posture too,taking physiotherapy sessions too. Still I am not relieving from discomfort in neck. Do I have a neck injury, please diagnose my issue , thanks. Xray report - currently June, Mri report - march
