Tingling and numbness, Use pillow below your knee and in between legs while sleeping , Avoid forward bending and weight lifting,  Take OTC medicine for pain,   if not relieved  you can  Consult a Spine Surgeon / or Get an MRI Lumbosacral spine with whole spine screening
