My granny is 77 year old and fell down on bed. She developed swelling in her left hand and we got the X-rays done at home. Can you please help us what can be done next? How to get temporary relief until we find a doctor tomorrow morning?

I have knee pain from past few days. I am 23 yrs old, weight: 58kgs and height: 5.2. I dint had any knee injury ever. It started suddenly and now I have difficulty in sitting and standing. It pains alot. Its just the knees that pain. Can anyone let me know, what's the reason and cure for this issue?

I got distal radius surgery,k wire implementation for ulna  3 weeks ago . K wire removed the next after surgery My stiches removed 1 week ago. Right now I am in 4th week . I am not getting proper supernation and pronation postures. Right now I am consulting with physiotherapy . But while doing physiotherapy my hand at k wire implementation part getting much pain. And a Little swelling too. Is this pain common? How many days to get full range of supernation?

My uncle had ankle twisted while getting down stairs, in Xray it is identified as hairline fracture and was treated with POP Bandage. How often do we have to do the dressing for the POP Bandage

Hi doctor, im 29 yrs old female, i have recently veen diagnosed with disc bulging at L2-3,L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1. I had pain for almost 2 months and now it subsided. Can i do excercise for weightloss by walking on treadmill?( im 66 kg with ht 158 cm) And can i do HIIT excersises ( jumping jackans so) also? What are the excersises i have to avoid and what can i do to gain fitness without worsening my condition? Thank you.

Can I apply cold compression for pain in shoulder joint? I cannot move my left hand backwards. I have pain in shoulder joints..will it be ok to use cold compression with Ice pack for reducing pain? I am also doing exercise in this regard.. there is little tenderness in shoulder joint. If i put pressure on that particular hand, I feel high shoulder pain.. i have tries hot bag but does not work.

My right hand 4th  finger cuts from zone 2 through glass last Monday , now I am unable to move that finger

Does bone fracture have little swelling after bone is joint? Its been 2 month of bone grafting in legs for tibial bone and pain is also gone but little swelling is still there which is coming and going what does that mean?
