I want to know that doing 100 pushup a day or using dumbbells or any other exercise can stop my height growth I am 15 years old

Hi sir, 6months back I had small injury on my right hand shoulder elbow due batmimton. Then i consult ayurvedaic clinic due to swelling they suggested medication for 6months but i used around 4months after that i stoped. Then i realised its not injury something happened in my body because slowly i m getting pains in both knees and elbow joints, within month getting worst knocking sounds on knees and elbows. Then i consult orthopedic doctor. After scanning and blood tests he found that cartilage wear out and Vitamin D difficiency. Present level 18nmol/L. Then he suggested medicine for 1 year and spend 1hr everyday in sunlight. It's been 2 months started medication still no improvement. Now getting sounds in every joint. What should i do. Suggest better please. Should i go for surgery or cartilage injection or something else. Note : i m working in construction indore works(Underground works) . There is no scope of sunlight. I m sport person - running, cricket, batmimton, cycling.

Sir, I have vitamin D deficiency and I feel very weak and exhausted for a small work. I took uprise 60k IU for 8 weeks. Still I feel the same ,as if my bones are not working and I don't feel like eating. How can I improve my health?and what are the supplements I can take please suggest a good diet and medicines

I was suffering from GERD, I took antacids for a month ,I was low on vb12 I took 4 shots of vb12. I am working with laptop for 9 hours every day. I am having neck pain that radiates to upper back, chest, under arms, vomiting sensation. Is this back pain related to GERD, I am having pain all time, I feel  the back pain radiates to upper stomach under throat, shoulders, between shoulder blades Pain increases if I lift my son, or work standing, or when I press my back to pillow and sit.
