Sir, in recent times after a short morning jog feeling slight pain in and around my ankles due to that can't able to walk freely this pain last for about 2 days and vanishes if I am not gone for jog in the consecutive days...I am using good running shoes and I am not over weight.pls advice.

I got operated for distal radius surgery for left hand 15 days before now my hand become stiffness from elbow to palm . How to get rid of this stiffness. What are the excercise would I need to do ? I couldn't able to properly put my hand gesture. How many days will it take? Can I drop hand to down now ? My suiters also removed I bothered why it happening to me? Will it common for every one in cast also ? How would they overcome it?

Goodevening, I am 26 years old, mother to 1 year old baby. I have a problem of lowerback pain since i became mom but it gies away when i rest. But 2 days back i slip on the floor and due to this i have severe backpain. I can stand and sit. My Orthopaedician is not available.
