Hello sir i have ankel pain from 6-7 month what can do now i try all x ray but there is nothing show

My wife fell in stairs . She is having pain in her right arm and right side of back. Please advice she should use cold water bag or hot water bag to keep there. Also advice some medicine to apply

I'm a bodybuilder and have been training since past 10 years. In Dec 2019, my knee started paining due to squats exercise. Eventually it started healing slowly. Now I'm able to squat again but can't go heavy. What can I do to strengthen my knees and overall bone health, my Vitamin D level was in 30s at that time. However it has now improved. Currently I'm taking 60k vitamin D per week as prescribed by a doctor before. 1. Apart from quad strengthening exercises what supplements can I take to make them strong again? 2. Can I take any steroids to make my knees/bones strong ? (I understand the risk involved)

I had concentric disc buldge and I received treatment for it It is now 70% cured but I started to get pain in my traps and neck so I did some some stretches and it is also fine now But from the last few days I am having pain in lower neck (backside) and I can also see a little swelling so pls recommend what should I do🙏🏼?

I do go outdoor for jogging but due to rain, I decided to do basic skipping in my home. I did skipping and jumping for almost three minutes but made a big mistake of not wearing shoes. Now my knees and ankles are paining. Will it go by itself or should I apply some medicine. Also, how long the pain will last and is it okay to jump barefoot or do skipping barefoot on marble flooring

Dear sir my father is suffering from back pain osteophytes in x ray and now doctor has suggested to get MRI LS Spine but he has undergone angiography in 2005 and placed 3 stents..so need your valuable suggestion whether is it safe to get MRI LS Spine done.

Today my wife got hit on her little finger of foot. Now the finger is having swelling and it looks little moved outside. But she is able to move the fingers. Please suggest
