Everyday after she wake up from sleep when I try to walk her heel pains. There is no swelling or any wound but it pains too much..painkiller ointments are of no use.

I have lumbar Spondylosis at l4-5 severe
L2-3 moderate and t10 mild .I have severe continous pain in my back from past 4 months. I have taken medication and physiotherapy but there is no relief . Is it safe to take epidural steroidal injections to relieve pain or is there any other better treatment than injections.

Non malignant tumor
I have non malignant tumor spread out in right foot from tip to toe. The foot remains swollen from the top & at times I fell sharp pain in different parts of feet. CT scan was done & it is confirmed to be non malignant. Orthopaedic surgeon advised operation and filling of silica in vacuum arising out tumor revoval.

Whenever I stand and bend a little I feel sudden pain in my lower back. When I sit even I feel pain sometimes. It is severe when I get up in the morning.
