Bone & Muscle problems

Throbbing pain in lower left back area. Already applied moov and omnigel and used hot water bag too, but nothing worked. Pain is unbearable.

My mother usually develops swelling in ankles mostly after travelling. I am concerned if this is serious and related to any heart problem? Please guide.

So i had pain in heel for more than a year, I had visited one of the Doc.s who took an x-ray which showed no bone growth so the doc, started me on Tendocare Tab, Defuse 6mg Tab, Nucoxia-P and inj Depomedrol 1cc. I had pain in both legs and the doc had injected the depomedrol in my leg thrice in course of three weeks. My other leg doesnt have any problem but the leg with injection is feeling heavy or more over gives a added weight feeling. I just wanna be sure that the injection are not causing complications.

Hello Last week while playing football, i had an ankle twist as well as a back pain too. A part of my ankle had swelling but i did icing on it. Now the back pain is stopping me to go to my practice. What should i do? Thankyou

I have a severe pain in my hand and neck and also numbness in my hand. I can't lift my hand up. The two fingures are paining i.e. the last and second last fingure..

My friend has consulted spine surgeon for lower back pain. He has suggested to go through some tests such as x-ray, vitamin -d, b12 etc. He is taking vitamin supplements D, b12 because of deficiency . And taken physiotherapy for extension, back strenghing exercises, avoid flemion, erogonomics. Everyday he is doing physiotherapy exercises at home. Can we DO DIPS AND LIFT DUMBBELLS WHILE HAVING LOWER BACK PAIN. ??? Will it increase lower back pain???

I am having a sharp knee pain while i am walking. It feels as if some nerve is paining. What to do? Don't know the possible reasons for the pain.

Since the pain before was severe when there was a shift of the pain the pain used to shift at every intervals of time we were directed from normal clinic to consult with orthopaedic .we met an orthopaedic and he checked and gave some medicines those medicine reacted in two days and the pain stopped shifting and now the pain is stucked in the leg checked again with doctors and now he advised for phsyotherepist for giving electromagnetic waves on the back , and told to continue the medicines so what should i do

From last few months, cracking/popping sound coming from knee while squatting, sometimes during walking/jogging. There has been no injury as such, no injury pain but knees feel exhausted most of the times and esp. after driving. Have done through few tests, have Vitamin D deficiency but calcium is fine.
