If I fold my legs at the knees for extended period or sit as a pillion on a two wheeler I tend to get extreme knee pain (limping etc)and can last up to two days.

Fracture in pinky finger.
My brither got a fracture(a line we can see in x ray about 2cm) in the pinky/fourth finger.
We consulted an orthepedic doctor, he suggested to go for wire fixation and also advised tnat it would cost around INR 50000.
Please advise if we need to go for wire fixation and does total cost which he advised is fair?
