What should I do to increase my height before going to school starting it is making me embarrassing.

I had elbow fracture when I was 7 years old. Doctors didn't put steel rod at that time. My fracture healed in three months but when plaster was removed and x Ray's taken the joint healed was not accurate. The joint healed at with certain deviation. There are two bones ulna and radius. Both got fractured when I fell on my elbow. Ulna joined but it feels radius is still not joined. I can press my radius bone with hands and it seems to float under skin. Although around 26 years passed I m still living with unjoined radius bone. I feels no pain but my right hand capacity is around 70 percent of my left. I go to Jim and I have lifted heavy weights without any pain. My question to Doctor's is that should I continue with this condition or should I go for operation and get my joint corrected. I am thinking from the perspective that there should be no complications from this during old age.

My legaments ACL is partial tear and Horizontal posterior horn tear in Medial Meniscus so is Arthoscopy is must ?if yes then in what percentage it is required?

Seviour pain get developed every day after a work in kitchen in standing position. The pain is unbearable at night.my wife weight is 88 kg. What should be the cure line of action.

I got injured 3months ago and now m.r.i report says i am having grade 3 meniscal tear , what should i do ?? Can this tear get recover on its own (i.e without surgery) if i go for proper physical therapy and medication ?

I want to increase my height im 5ft3inches right now.. I want to grow atleast 3-4 inches. One of my friend who lives in U.S. said that she got prescribed for HGH which helped her gain inches in matter of few months... Can i get a prescription for hgh as well.. . . Additional information -i have already tried natural supplements. Also i have seen a physician.. Who said that exercising will help but that also didn't worked.

I have noticed having varicose veins in my left leg extending from above my knees to mid portion of my legs for maybe more than a year now.Occasionally i get leg cramps and pain in the area .Should I be worried about it and if so what are the treatment options for it.

Hi sir I got left hand thumb fracture 18 months back ....doctor put screw for tat .They said with in 18 months ur hand ll b normal but again I m getting the same pain even after 18 months of operation in fortis rajajinagar. I can't even do 5 dips I left riding gear bikes I m most worried about it Can u suggest Wat to do Weather it takes till time or can I consult doctor again

I hv a pain in heels frm last 2.5 years..... it makes me difficult to stand....lots of treatments make me fail.......i m really vry upset......do u hv any best treatment fr me........i m vry thankful fr u
