Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from a constant pain in the heels. The pain will be on a higher side when I walk for first few minutes after getting up from sleep or when I sit in a place for long time.

My right foot pains badly at the heel and due to this I am unable to walk normally.It pains a lot and cannot walk bare footed..I am able to walk a little comfortable with soft slippers.Due to this I am unable to continue my daily walking and exercises.If my foot is strained a lot it swells and pains more.Kindly suggest a good treatment to reduce the heel pain so that I can get into my regular exercises.

I am having wrist pain from last 7 days and i dont know why its happening. No accident,no heavy weight lifting,no fight, no wrist twist. I am not able to move my hand properly and its paining while pushing backside..Even i spray moov everyday and rap with bandage but no positive effect. Could anyone please help..

I am experiencing pain the upper hip and under thigh for almost 2 years now. It's not very acute pain but it's annoying. It goes off when I sleep. Also it feels better when pressure is applied near tail bone region. Doctor's opinion is its due to increased belly and posture. MRI shows nothing. Increases with longer walks/ standing for long. How can I make it stop?

Sir,dad is suffering from early Charcot's foot on left foot for which BK cast is given ,sir would like to know that with neurophysiotherapy can we protect the other foot from neuropathic arthropathy ,like stimulating the nerves thru TENS or thru acupuncture ,he is diabetic since 15 yrs ,waiting for your advice sir.

Found problem in l4 l5 s1 25 days ago. That time suffered from back pain but from 10 days pain is in right leg side not so much in back. So i would like to know is it serious And how i can remove it

For about six months getting cramp like sporadic pain in the middle of upper arms and experiencing weaknesses in arms. No problem of mobility of joints.

I m having the knee problem in my right hand legs.I have done the test of CT scan but the report is normal and i had eaten some medicines also but no effect pain is happening continuously and i cant do any more type of work bcz of these pain plz tell me which doctor should i consult this?
