Hello.
The pain pattern shows that the pain is probably from the spine.
Kindly check your sleeping posture as well as the surface your sleeping on.
Do ice packs on the painful spots so that your pain reduces.
Also get a low back xray - AP and Lateral view and see a good spine specialist like an orthopaedic who is a spine specialist or a physiotherapist who is a spine specialist.

Hello.......you have low back pain, knee pain, and tighteness in thigh, either it could be generalized malaise seen in infections like viral or bacterial, stress, increased work load, lack of sleep .. Or you have pathology knee joint. If you feel it's due to local cause get an X-ray of knee joint and consult orthopedic surgeon
