Bone & Muscle problems

My ankle was twisted durin sports and it is swelling and has a pain. I am suffering since last 1.5 years. I had a lots of X-ray but nothing found. So what happened me and what shoud i do.

Sir my father got surgery done of his left foot (Amputation below knee) due to gangrene on 24 Apr 2016. He is diabetic and his wound is not healing due to infection. What should we do plz suggest to avoid another surgery. However his sugar is almost in control.

I workout in gym everyday . in dec last year i was doing biceps exercise, I was lifting heavy weight and suddenly my right arm wrist started paining. I didn't pay attention and continued exercise, but when I released bar from my hand, I sensed severe pain in my wrist nerve which went through arm towards elbow. After 6 days pain slowly vanished. But now whenever I try biceps workout nerve starts paining from first rep itself. I tried MOOV and other cream , pain stops immediately but when I try biceps workout again I does not allow me and starts paining again. Please help me. Thanks.

Have taken anti inflammatory drugs, no relief. What's the best line of treatment now, steroid injection or surgery?

Muscle pain in the shoulder and hands. pain in calf muscle, & stiffness in thighs while stretching. All these problems are due to gym & heavy workout. All these problems are existing since 6 months . So please help me out Sir.
